AML Check

1. Glossary.

1.1. The Anti-Money Laundering AML check is aimed at combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

1.2. The Contractor is an electronic currency exchange service that provides services to Users via a dedicated software interface located online at https://global-ex.cc.

1.3. The Client is an individual who agrees to the Contractor's terms and conditions and this Agreement to which they subscribe.

2. Check Procedure.

2.1. The Contractor has the right to check transactions received from the Client using dedicated third-party software services, in particular GetBlock.

2.2. A transaction is considered problematic if the overall risk level is above 60% or the transaction contains any number of high-risk flags (Dark Service>0, Dark Market>0, Illegal Service>0, Gambling>0, Exchange Fraudulent>0, Scam>0, Stolen>0, Mixer>0, Ransom>0, Sanctions>0, Child Exploitation>0, and Terrorism Financing>).

2.3. If a problematic transaction is detected, the service provider has the right to:

2.3.1. Request identity verification with the presentation of identity documents and confirming the source of funds.

2.3.2. Freeze the request until the customer has fully verified the transaction.

2.3.3. Request a list of documents confirming the source of funds.

2.4. For security purposes, the service provider has the right to transfer funds to a third-party address until they are claimed.

2.5. The verification process is approximately 10 business days from the receipt of information from the service provider.

Funds refunded upon successful verification are made minus the network fee.
