1. List of terms.

1.1. AML check “Anti-Money Laundering” (anti-money laundering) is aimed at combating the legalization of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism.
1.2. The Contractor is an electronic currency exchange service that provides services to Users using a special software interface located on the Internet at https://global-ex.cc
1.3. Customer is an individual who agrees with the terms of the Contractor and this agreement to which he accedes.

2. Regulations for conducting the inspection.

2.1. The Contractor has the right to check transactions received from the customer using special third-party software services.
2.2. A transaction is problematic if the overall risk level is above 60% or the transaction has high-risk tags (Dark Service, Dark Market, Illegal Service, Gambling, Exchange Fraudulent, Scam, Stolen, Mixer, Ransom, Sanctions, Child Exploitation and Terrorism Financing).
2.3. If a problematic transaction is detected, the executor has the right:
2.3.1. Request identity verification with the presentation of identification documents.
2.3.2. Freeze the execution of the application until the customer is fully verified.
2.3.3. Request a list of documents confirming the origin of funds.
2.4. For security reasons, the executor has the right to move funds to an external address upon their request.
2.5. Refunds upon successful completion of KYC will be processed minus a 5% commission fee within 10 business days.
